Match Ticket Manager
Rugby Travel & Hospitality (NZ) Ltd is the company that has exclusive rights for the management of Corporate Hospitality and Travel Programmes for Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealand. The joint venture formed by Sodexo and Mike Burton Group in the UK successfully managed the hospitality and travel programmes for Rugby World Cup in France and the company are well underway in building their team of professionals to ensure yet another highly successful tournament.
As part of the senior management team the Match Ticket Manager is responsible for the control of all match tickets allocated to RTH as well as the distribution of match tickets and hospitality accreditation. It is essential that this person be able to provide the leadership to firstly design the match ticket strategy and then to manage its successful implementation. Working with your team (to be recruited) you will also design and manage the hospitality accreditation process ensuring the timely allocation of match tickets to RTH’s all important hospitality and travel customers. Printing of match tickets, manufacturing of hospitality packs and daily reporting on the fulfilment of hospitality packages all form part of this great opportunity.
We are looking for a seasoned ticketing professional with experience in large scale events where transactions are both high in value and volume. You may be working in a senior capacity for a large venue/stadium or alternatively have experience within a Ticketing Agency managing multiple events. Based in Newmarket, Auckland the role is a contract salaried position until November 2011.
